Respond to inquiries — to reply to your contact request. Legal basis: legitimate interest or performance of a contract.
Deliver services to our clients. Legal basis: contract.
Improve our website and services through usage analysis. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Marketing on a limited basis to existing contacts. Legal basis: legitimate interest or consent.
Comply with legal obligations, e.g. accounting law. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose, or for as long as required by law. Contact inquiries are deleted or anonymized no later than 24 months after the last contact if no business relationship has started. Data subject to accounting law is retained for seven years.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

We only share personal data with trusted service providers (data processors) needed to operate our business, e.g. for hosting, email delivery, analytics and CRM. Example providers: Supabase (database/hosting), Resend (email), Google (analytics) and Lovable (publishing platform). We never sell your personal data.

Some providers may be located outside the EU/EEA. In such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies so the site functions correctly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that some functionality may stop working correctly without cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with the updated date at the top.

10. Processing on behalf of our clients

On behalf of our clients we also process marketing data and, where a data processing agreement has been entered into, in some cases personal information about end users on behalf of our clients. In such cases the client is the data controller and Kvantic acts as the data processor. The processing is carried out according to the client's instructions and governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
