Marketing tech that connects data to growth

We engineer the plumbing behind high-performing marketing teams — clean data, robust tracking and automation that scales.

What's included in Kvantic's MarTech service?

We are the senior MarTech partner to CMOs and CTOs who need a marketing stack that actually delivers — not a Gartner diagram. Server-side tagging, consent management, CDP implementation, BigQuery data warehouses, reverse ETL and AI-powered automation, built on Google Cloud and modern data tooling and owned by engineers who have shipped production stacks for both DTC brands and complex enterprise organisations.

Most of our MarTech engagements start the same way: marketing has bought platforms that don't talk to each other, tracking has eroded under iOS and consent changes, and the CMO can no longer trust the numbers in the dashboard. We rebuild that foundation — first-party data, server-side tracking, a clean event model and an automation layer that turns data into action across paid, CRM and on-site personalisation.

    How we work

    01

    Architecture & roadmap

Future-proof stack design anchored in business goals, not vendor demos.

We start with a stack audit and a target architecture: what data needs to flow, where it should live, which platforms stay, which ones get replaced, and how consent and privacy are handled end-to-end. The output is a prioritised roadmap with clear ownership, dependencies and business value per step — so the CFO can see why the investment makes sense and the CTO can see how it fits the wider data platform.

    02

    Implementation & engineering

Server-side tracking, CDP, data warehouse and consent — shipped as production-grade code.

Senior engineers implement server-side GTM, consent mode v2, CDP setups (Segment, RudderStack, mParticle or native CDPs), BigQuery data warehouses with dbt models, and reverse ETL pipelines that push enriched audiences back into ad platforms and CRM. Everything is version-controlled, monitored and documented — so the next team that touches it doesn't have to start over.

    03

    AI & automation

Predictive models, AI agents and workflow automation that turn data into action — not just dashboards.

We build the automation layer on top of the data foundation: predictive LTV and churn models, lookalike and suppression audiences synced to Meta and Google, AI-driven creative briefing, lead scoring into HubSpot or Salesforce, and operational AI agents that monitor anomalies and trigger alerts. The point is to move from descriptive reporting to systems that act on the data in near real time.

    04

    Operate, govern & evolve

Ongoing monitoring, governance and iteration as platforms, privacy rules and AI capabilities change.

MarTech is never finished. We run the stack as a long-term partnership: monitoring data quality, keeping consent and tracking compliant with GDPR and DMA, retiring tools that no longer earn their seat, and continuously evaluating new capabilities — from new Google Cloud AI features to changes in Meta's CAPI and Google's Enhanced Conversions. The CMO gets a stack that stays modern without becoming a permanent rebuild project.

    Typical outcomes

    • Resilient first-party data foundations that survive cookie loss and consent changes
    • Activation across paid, CRM and on-site personalisation from a single data source
    • Lower platform dependence and stronger signal quality into Meta, Google and TikTok
    • A MarTech roadmap the CMO can defend in front of the board

How we support the CMO and CTO upward in the organisation

MarTech investments are easy to question and hard to explain — especially when the spend sits half on the marketing budget and half on IT. We make sure the CMO and CTO walk into management team and board meetings with a story that holds:

    • Executive-ready roadmap with cost, value and risk articulated per initiative
    • Clear before/after on data quality, signal loss to ad platforms and reporting trust
    • Compliance and risk view — GDPR, DMA, consent and vendor concentration — addressed proactively
    • AI and automation business case translated into revenue impact, efficiency gains and saved FTE hours

When the board asks what marketing actually gets for its MarTech budget, the answer should be a one-pager — not a 40-slide architecture deck. We help you build that one-pager.
